Sid: Mishpochah, the family with a Jewish heart. Made up of Jewish and non Jewish people with middle wall of separation has come down between Jew and Gentile finally to form what Paul calls one new man.  This one new man is the full dwelling place of God.  It is as if God has been waiting so long. It started with the Jewish people.  The job of the Jewish believers in Jewish believers in Jesus, were to bring the gospel to the Gentiles. They did a good job. But then the Gentiles failed on their job.  Their job was to bring the gospel back to the Jewish people.  In fact Romans 11:11 says salvation has come to the Gentiles to provoke the Jew to jealousy.  The call of a Gentile Christian is to reach the Jew for Jewish.  Well now Gentile light is coming on Gentile believers.  They are moving in signs and wonders, provoking Jews to jealousy.  Jewish people are coming in because there is something deficient in the body if it is just Gentile believers in Jesus.  There is something deficient in the full dwelling place for God, if there is just Jewish Believers in Jesus.  But when the two come together the full spiritual DNA of the glory of God comes into place and we are going to see the greatest miracles the world has ever seen.  Why?  To reach the world for the gospel.  More Gentiles are going to come to the Lord when the one new man comes together.  So you see why I get so passionate over this and my guest is going to help you move in the dimension of the miraculous.  Her name is Katie Souza.  Katie found that she got a healing anointing but when she prayed for people some would get healed, some would not get healed.  There would be marvelous healings and then she was instructed a missing key about the kingdom of Satan.  You have heard of the kingdom of God, well there’s also a mirror image of the demonic called the kingdom of Satan.  She found out from studying David and Goliath that if she could knock out the Goliath, cut his head off then the entire army of the demonic would give up just as in the story of David and Goliath.  She saw her mom get set free from horrific pain and the drug addiction that was taking care of the pain. And then she went on and you were seeing some amazing breakthroughs, Katie in other areas of healing.  Tell me about them.

Katie: Well, we started seeing all kinds of breakthroughs like in diseases, because Genesis 9 says that we have been given dominion over everything in the earth, the land,  the sea, the sky and all the creepy crawly things.  Well, part of that is the biological kingdom.  Well, if you don’t know who one of the kings is over that kingdom and you remove him first. Then you can command that biological to die.  So we were having people who had pneumonia instantly healed.  We had people that had different illnesses, stomach flues being instantly healed. People with heart attack problems being instantly healed.  A man that had an incision with pus in it and it was instantly healed when we commanded the bad king, the demonic king to come off his hand and they commanded the bad biological in his incision to die.  He even went to the doctor the next day and the doctor said well your incision looks perfect.  Well, yesterday it was infected with puss and the doctor was like, wow what did you do? He said well, we prayed.  So we started to see a really big breakthrough in the area of biological and body pains and all kinds of places.

Sid: Well, I love it.  In your six CD series called the Healing School you take people step by step and the bonus CD that we are offering this week only, which has to do with the glory light.  I have never even heard that taught but it is totally biblical.  I mean that that is a whole new layer, a whole new dimension of healing.  But tell me a couple more types of healing you were seeing.

Katie: Well, we had a woman that had severe body pain for years and years. The kind that she said  that just made you just want to kill yourself.  She had had a lot of people praying for her.  It was like that thing you said, it was like a key missing.  There was something that they weren’t getting to.  So when she came to my conference she came up and she was almost like, she was very discouraged at that point.  She said just pray for me.  I doubt anything is going to happen, but  just pray any way would ya?  And so I just simply bound the demonic king off of her of Babylon.  Removed him off of her and commanded her body to be well.  She said she didn’t feel anything, but three days later she woke up sleeping in her favorite position.  Where she hadn’t been able to sleep like that for years and her body had been healed.

Sid: Well, you know with all of these results you’d  think someone would sit back and say praise you Jesus I got this healing understood.  But you knew that there was so much more and that God was just taking you on a path to understand and the missing revelations of healing.  So your entire team went on what you call a Jesus fast.  What was the fast like?  Was it all meals?

Katie: Yeah, we ate regular food.  What we did was this.  We are going against these demonic kings and we were missing something important otherwise we would have more fruit.  And Lord spoke to me and said, “You are missing the fact that you need to carry more of the presence of My Son, He is the King of kings.  And if you want demonic kings to bow the knee to you you’ve got to become a carrier of His presence and they’ll have to bow the knee because He is the King over every king.  So we began to fast on Jesus.  What do I mean by that?  It wasn’t a food fast it meant that we fasted on everything else but Jesus.  We read all the gospels.  We read all the Old Testament prophecies about Jesus.  We chose worship music that glorified Jesus.  We spent our time in prayer and meditation mediating on Jesus.  Speaking to Jesus, listening for His voice.  So we made it all about Him so that we could become a carrier of Him and then have even more fruit in this revelation that we were getting.

Sid: What did He show you?

Katie: Well, the very first day Sid, I decided I was going to let Holy Spirit customize my experience.  Because Holy Spirit knew what areas I was weak in my understanding about the Messiah.  So as I pressed in, I said Holy Spirit, you tell me about what you want me to know.  And after I worshipped for about an hour in the presence of Jesus, Holy Spirit gave me a couple scriptures.  I heard them in my mind and then I went to them.  Sid, even though they were totally different chapters and totally different books they were all about the same thing.  They were all about people who had just gotten healed by Jesus and afterwards the people around them were saying, who was the man who healed you?  And the answer to that question was always,  the man named Jesus.  And that seems so simple, but for me it was epiphany, it was saying to me the very thing I believe God was telling us to do.  If you get more of Jesus you are going to see more healings.  Because the answer to the question who was the Man who healed you was always going to be the man named Jesus.  So as I began to press into that the Lord began to clean me up to get me ready to carry His presence.  The very next day He gave me more scriptures, in my mind I heard them.  I went to them, even though they are in different chapters, again about the same thing about Jesus cleaning us up.  And then I began to decree those scriptures over my body and I felt heat and power being released.  And I thought, great I’m getting cleaned up, I’m having an encounter.  But later that night the Lord wasn’t even done.  I was in my bed, I got pinned to my bed in a trance and I saw myself walking out of my bathroom and I thought great what do you do in the bathroom, you get rid of the waste and the junk.  I must have gotten rid of it this morning.  But, I wasn’t done, because after I walked out of that bathroom, I started violently dry heaving.  And what do you do when you dry heave?  It means everything  is out of your stomach but the very worst bile at the bottom.  So I knew Jesus was saying.  I’m going deep.  I’m having a supernatural encounter with you right now to get the junkiest junk out of you so that you can carry my presence, the King of kings so you can beat these demonic kings.

Sid: So this was like a vision you saw this was going on in.

Katie: It was almost like a bi location and I don’t think I have time to teach on that but  I was aware that I was pinned to the bed and also aware that I was standing in front of my bathroom.

SID: Hmm okay.

Katie: Okay, and then as I’m feeling this and I’m aware of how peaceful I am as I’m on the bed but also aware how violent the dry heaving was.  An angel came into the room and in the natural I felt him lay on my chest embracing me.  And then I felt his hand in the natural put his hand on my forehead and when he did that, I was cleansed and the dry heaving stopped.

Sid: And what change occurred in your life as a result of this?

Katie: I’m telling you a lot.  Not long after that I had another visitation when Jesus came to visit and what He did was this, I was in my room and we had been focusing on the revelations God was giving us about the demonic kings and He was saying that there was going to be no more curse.  You are going to have the river of life flowing through your ministry.  You are going to have the provision that the trees of Heaven produce every month.  The leaves on the trees are for the healing for the nations, you are going to have those.  And you are going to have the Glory Light of Jesus to heal people’s souls and their bodies.  That was all the promises we’d been getting.  So one day, I’m focused on Jesus in the middle of the Jesus fast and my dog comes in and starts barking.  And I’m looking around to see, he was looking around the room and what does he see?  All of a sudden, I saw it.  A door opened up the supernatural.  Seven angels flew in my room and they flew around and I was like wow, incredible.  But then another presence came into the room and I knew from my Jesus fast, who it was even though I couldn’t see Him. I knew it was Jesus.  And it was so powerful, I put my attention on Him and I began to worship Him and His presence exploded so much.  I was wailing, JESUS for like an hour,  Sid and when I was done I said what was that Lord?   That was Revelation 22:6 and when I went to it.  I did not know the scripture was here.  It said, and He of the seven angels said to me, I’ve come to bring you this message from God that these things are true and must soon come to pass.  I was like, great oh, my gosh Jesus came with His messenger angels to tell me what must soon come to pass.  What is it Lord?  And I read all of Revelations  1-5 before that scripture.  And it was all about the river and the glory light and no more curse and the leaves.  It was everything God had been promising us that was going to happen.  And I knew that I knew that we were going to get it because we had chosen to focus on Messiah Jesus.

Sid: Hmm, but what difference has occurred in your ministry as a result of this?

Katie: A break out, a break out of the supernatural healings.   We are starting to see mass deliverance inside the meetings without having to lay our hand on every single person.  It is just like being released in the atmosphere.  Just by people sitting in their seats.  They are getting healed in their seats, their getting wounds that are in their soul healed in their seats.  The demonic powers that are afflicting their bodies that are attached to those things are being broken off.  We’ve seen people with Bipolar being healed.  Body pains being healed.  Virus’s leaving and so there has…

Sid: Now my guest has recaptured the lost art of soaking.  That is right, soaking. Soaking and ever since I found out about it, I do it all the time.  But, I have on the telephone, Cindy Parton.  I’m speaking to her at her home at North Richmond Hills, Texas.  And Cindy had a family crisis and as a result of that, no one had ever taught her about soaking, but Cindy and her husband started soaking.  Tell me about those early experiences Cindy.

Cindy: Well, as we began soaking we found that was the only really true sense of peace that we could ever receive. I mean friends and neighbors and church family was wonderful to encourage us and bless us and tell us that they were praying for us. But once we actually got in the presence of God and began to feel his peace come and faith would begin to rise up.  Because what we had found is, people have been taught how to pray to God all their lives, but no one has ever been taught how to listen to God.  So that’s what we begin to see.  It helped us so much to be able to listen to what God had to say, because we talk all the time and we don’t listen.  And so when we began to listen to what He had to say, He blessed us, He encouraged us.  Because, people have been taught to give, they have never been taught to receive.  So listening, we are learning how to receive what the Holy Spirit wants to say to me.

Sid: Now, after you started doing this as God was directing you, a couple came in to town, the Arnotts from the Toronto Blessing and started teaching about soaking and they took it even a step further.  What did you learn from them?

Cindy: Well, we learned that could have people into your home and it is what we began to do and we would put on a CD and we would tell everyone to just lay down on the floor and just wait in the presence of God.

Sid: Now, you’d been doing this for 15 years and you’ve learned a lot.  You’ve seen a lot in these 15 years. Tell me what highlight things have happened through your soaking.

Cindy: There have been so many things, I mean it’s hard to even explain and talk about, there’s just so much.  But I mean, we’ve seen families restored.  We’ve seen people healed.  We’ve seen people delivered. We’ve seen marriages restored.  There have been so many things happen as people learn to just wait on God.  You know, just wait for Jesus to come and tell them how much He loves them.  How much He cares about them and when you soak you become more intimate with Him and you truly get to know Him.  Not about Him, which we have all heard most of our lives, but we don’t truly know Him.  And, when you soak, you get to know Him. You realize how much He loves you.  How much He cares about you.  People say you know they are more in love with Jesus than they have ever been before, that they know that He has visited them.  They know that they have had an encounter with Him. And when you just lay down, I mean you are just actually totally surrendering to the Holy Spirit.  You get prostrate before the Father and you just say, “Here I am, do what needs to be done in me.” Because, He knows better than we know ourselves what we need.

Sid: Now you had a desperate situation back in 1995. And that’s what led you to desperate measures where you began to understand that by soaking in the presence of God with special anointed music all your spiritual senses would be opened up.  But what happened to your desperate problem.  What happened to your problem?

Cindy: What happened was our teenage daughter had left home in total rebellion. Through us soaking, God healed our hearts and restored us and restored our relationship with her and everything evolving around that situation.  He took care of all of it to where we had such a peace in our heart and such a confidence in knowing that God loved us and if He brought us to this place, He was going to get us to through it.  And it was like we grew so much spiritually during that time and then what He did in us by healing our heart and taking away the pain.  I mean our hearts were broken.  We were shattered, we had never felt, you know, so broken over anything. And by doing all this and we realized what God had done, just us laying on the floor.  Because, sometimes you are in so much pain, so much hurt you don’t know how to pray.  And so we would just put on the anointed music.  We would just lay down in the middle of our living room floor, just Bob and I and we would just lay there and wait until the presence of God just fell on us and as He did, He began to encourage us and just build us up and that we had a peace knowing everything is going to be all right.

Sid: Tell me about Julie True’s soaking music.

Cindy: Well, you know over the years music has been a big part of our life in the last 15 years of soaking and hosting the meetings in our home every Monday night. So, as we found out about Julie True’s music then, we began to soak to her music.  I mean there is such a calming, soothing and as the Holy Spirit comes in and He blows through the music and through the words.  And as the writer expresses them self through what their feeling and what is going on in the room it ministers to people as they soak.

Sid: Now, Cindy Parton has, at my request put together a CD after 15 years of having the best soaking room really, in the world as far as I’m concerned, so many supernatural things are happening there.  She wants to teach you how you can have your own soaking room right in your own home. Just for you, or just for your family, or just for your family and a few friends where you can begin to hear God’s voice, begin to have visions.  Begin to have this interactive communication with God.  Not just one way, two ways and all the secrets she has learned all these years she has put in a CD.

Cindy: We’ll just get in a circle and we’ll just begin to pray.  And we’ll invite the Holy Spirit to come.  We’ll ask Him to do what He wants to do.  We’ll give Him free reign and liberty and that’s what it is all about basically.  Bob and I are just the leaders. We are just the facilitators that is all.  No one has a plan no one has agenda when they come in.  All we are going to do is wait on God, wait on what He has to say and follow His instructions. And then about 7:00 then we will all get in a comfortable position.  Most people will be lying on the floor others will be lying on the couches or just in reclined positions in chairs or where ever they are comfortable at.  I just tell people to get comfortable however you’re comfortable.  So once they get comfortable, we‘ll put on some soaking music, some music that is anointed, something that you know, you can respond to, relate to something that will help you enter into the presence of God.  As people get comfortable and the Spirit of God begins to fall over the room, then I will go around the room or some of our leaders will go around the room and just soak people.  And by that I mean, all we do is just go around and touch them lightly on the head, the shoulders or maybe the feet and just say a prayer blessing over them.  Like, Holy Spirit I bless them.  I ask you to do what you want to do in them tonight.  I ask you to minister to every need they have.  But do this very quietly to where you are not disturbing them incase God is already moving something in them that you don’t want to disturb.

Then, after we have soaked for 30 – 45 minutes to an hour it is according how the Spirit is moving and you ‘ll begin to see how the people are responding.  If you got a lot of people at 30 – 45 minutes getting up to get a drink, go to the rest room or starting to move around than maybe it is time to move on a little bit.  Because, what we found, you know, sometimes peoples back hurt, their bodies get stiff or whatever, lying on the floor.  But when the presence and the anointing of God comes then all that changes also, so just be very sensitive to what the Spirit is doing in the room at the time.  So after 45 minutes to an hour of soaking, then I just begin to pray a prayer. I just bless what God is doing in the room right now.  If I have received a vision myself or if God has given me a word then I’ll begin to pray into that word and I’ll begin to release it out to the group that’s there for that night.  And then I will go into a time and I will ask. What did anyone hear tonight? What did you see?  What did God show you?  Recently, we were doing meetings and this little 12 year old girl came up to me.  We had done a Friday night meeting and she came up on Saturday afternoon and she said I’ve just got to tell you, I had so much fun last night.  I said really, why what happened?  She said, well I have soaked before, but, I have never soaked like we did last night.  She said where I went and we soaked; it was just quiet; nothing happened; it was very still.  But she said it was so fun when God showed up and He touched me. She said, I couldn’t wait to get back today for more.  And that’s what happens, when you feel the love of God, you feel the presence of God, you feel the joy just welling up in you, then that’s when it’s fun.  The teenagers really receive this. The young people are really open because they don’t want the structure of a normal church with their plans and their programs.  They want to presence of God.  They want the real thing.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernaturally. I love the rarified air of Heaven and I love when God shows His name so strong. My guest, Kevin Basconi, spent 30 years as an abuser with what, alcohol, drugs.

 

KEVIN: Alcohol and all sorts of drugs, Sid.

 

SID: How does someone devote 30 years of their life in Hell and instantly get set free? How could God do such a wonderful thing? God must be more love than we can even fathom. Tell me about that day.

 

KEVIN: Well I believe it was the answer to my family’s prayers. But my brother invited me to a small church. To be honest with you I didn’t want to go to church. I thought Christians were all hypocrites. And I remember in the church service the pastor preaching, and I thought I can’t wait to get out of here so I can go find some way to get high. And something happened. As that man was speaking God touched my heart. I found myself at the altar. And when I knelt down and asked Jesus to become my Lord I was instantaneous delivered from 30 years of drug and alcohol addiction.

 

SID: But then what is wild to me is so many supernatural wonderful things started happening to you. Tell me a few.

 

KEVIN: Sid, I saw in the Bible where this man named Jesus fasted and prayed and I wanted to know if God was real, because really I wasn’t seeing Him in church. And I began to fast and pray, and read the Bible.

 

SID: Wait. You’re set free from 30 years of addiction.

 

KEVIN: This is true, but I wanted to know that God was real. And so I began to read the Bible, and then fragrances at times would begin to come from the binding of an old King James Bible that someone gave me. I began to have visitations of angels. God spoke to me on March 13, 2001 in an audible voice and told me to begin to reach out the lost in my city, which I began to do.

 

SID: Tell me about the time you were directed to a hospital.

 

KEVIN: Well I was in prayer and I began to have visions and I would see things, and I began to correlate that when I would do the things in the visions supernatural things would happen. And I was praying, God had crossed me a bit. And I had a small home, and I saw in the vision a hospital in our local city. I saw the hospital room with four women in there. So I said, well I need to go to that hospital. And Sid, when I did, I went into the room. The four women were there just like I saw in the vision. The Lord had given me a word of knowledge. I prayed for this woman.

 

SID: Wait. Just out of curiosity, did you just go from room to room to find these women?

 

KEVIN: No. I walked right to the room. It was 301, I believe. And I walked right in there and I said–

 

SID: How did you know which room? It’s a big hospital.

 

KEVIN: I saw it in a vision. I went in the room. I did what I saw in the vision. The woman was healed. She received Christ as her savior, and also the three women who were with her also received Jesus.

 

SID: Now this is normal. Do you believe this is supposed to be normal for every believer?

 

KEVIN: It should be normal for everyone, Sid. Everyone should know this.

 

SID: Tell me about the time you received your calling.

 

KEVIN: I was in a small church in Springville, Newfoundland, Canada, and the Lord opened up my eyes and I began to see the spirit. And I saw a portal open in the church sanctuary, and I began to see angels first, and then I saw the Lord and he stepped down into the church service, and He began to look at everyone in the meeting, and He looked into the hearts of the different people there, and I remember laying on the floor and I could feel the power and the glory of Jesus. I felt God’s unconditional love for us as human beings. He loves us all. And as I was watching Jesus he walked over to me and stood over me, and he spoke to me from the Bible, and he says, “I’m calling you,” and he said, “I want you to go into the whole world and preach the Gospel,” and he said, “I want you to baptize in the name of the Father and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and I’ll be with you everywhere.” And then he touched my hand and he blew upon my hand, and it felt like warm oil rolled from my left hand down to my elbow. And I couldn’t speak, I couldn’t think. I just looked into the most beautiful eyes in the world, the eyes of Jesus, and he put my hand gently back upon my chest and that totally transformed my life, Sid.

 

SID: And there was a moment when he showed you some angels that were to accompany you your whole life, and he showed you one at a time. Tell me about that.

 

KEVIN: That happened a little bit later. I was in prayer and I saw the Lord. He was motioning to me to come to him like this, and I had a decision to make. Either I could go to Jesus or I could continue to pray to him in my little room. And so I chose to go to the Lord. And when I did it was like I was in a high speed elevator and I could feel myself being catapulted and my spirit, I believe, came out of my body, and I went up into the realms of Heaven, and I came to rest in the very presence of Jesus, and he was flanked by these four angels. He took his left hand and made a motion like this. He said, “Today, I’ve called you here to tell you who you are. I’ve called you to be an artist, an author and an evangelist, and I’m assigning these four angels to your ministry.” Now Sid, I was a new believer, so I didn’t know what to think, because I didn’t have a ministry. And almost as quickly as the vision or the encounter began it was over and I found myself back in my prayer closet just weeping uncontrollably. I weeped for weeks after that encounter.

 

SID: What was the first angel that you were introduced to?

 

KEVIN: Sometime later I had a similar experience where I was taken up into the realms of Heaven, and the Lord assigned an angel to me, and He said that this angel was assigned to release protection and provision. And it was very shortly after that that the Lord began to activate me or to loosen me to release this angel to help me and other people.

 

SID: Now just out of curiosity, here you’re coming from all these years of drug abuse and you decide I’d like a wife. I would like a house, but you got even more specific. You’re a fisherman. You wanted some bass at the house.

 

KEVIN: Right.

 

SID: What happened?

 

KEVIN: Actually, one of my friends and I were fishing. He says, “You know, God is answering all your prayers so supernaturally, you should pray for a wife.” I said I’m not gonna do that. But later that night I was in my home, my little house and I was praying. And I thought, you know, that’s a good idea. So I started praying. Sid, I prayed up the best wife, and to make a long story short I wanted her to beautiful. I wanted her to be intelligent. I wanted her to be kind. I wanted her to live on a house on a lake that had bass in it so I could go fishing. So I just prayed this wonderful list. And then God began to bring, for the next seven days, everywhere I went there would be at worship services and churches, the pastor or whoever happened to be leading the meeting would say, “Take the person’s hand next to you.” And it was always a beautiful young lady. And the Lord would speak to me and say, “You want this one for your wife?” And so finally after seven days I repented. I said, “God, I’m sorry, because I prayed a selfish prayer. I want to serve you.” And the Lord spoke to me and he said, “If you want to walk in the places I’ve preordained for you, you need to wait and let me pick the perfect wife for you.” So sometime later, three and half years later, I was in my home in Kansas City, in my hot tub on the back deck reading a book, and the Holy Spirit spoke to me and he says, “Kevin, where are you?” I said I’m in the hot tub. He says, “Where’s the hot tub?” I said, “It’s in my house.” And he says, “Who’s in the house?” And I said, “My wife.” And then he says, “Where’s the house?” I said, “It’s on the lake filled with bass.” And so I realized that the Lord in his mercy in His perfect timing gave me everything that I had prayed for three and a half years before, but in His way.

 

SID: Kevin, there is such a presence of God on this set right now. When we come back or as God directs, I believe when Kevin prays God’s going to answer your prayers. SID: Hello. Sid Roth here with Dr. Caroline Leaf. And isn’t it amazing, Caroline, that the scientists like yourself have now come up with a conclusion that our brain was originally wired for love, not, this is an example of a toxic brain, that’s toxic thoughts. Do you know every time I look at that, Caroline, I’m gonna remember it and I am going to watch what I say, what I think and give no place to anything that’s gonna kill or steal, or destroy. So we’re wired for love. Tell me about that.

 

DR. LEAF: Well I just think it’s incredible. That’s a scientists’ term, by the way. They say “wired for love” and they therefore say that we learn fear, and that’s very significant, Sid, because God tells us not to fear, and we know that God is a God of love, so fear is the highjack. So that’s a spiritual principle, two opposite spiritual forces. But in science it’s the same thing. As humans we are wired for all the positive stuff. Therefore, we have like a little chemical factory in our brain. In order to grow these branches we have all this input going into our brains, which is like electricity. Then the brain will secrete chemicals and you have this electrical chemical reaction, and when that happens branches grow, and these branches are all holding the memory that’s related and it’s all grouped together in that tree. So that’s a whole network related to one kind of thought. And then to build that, there are needed chemicals. So now we’re wired for love, which means that we are, and that’s not just the love, love in terms of relationships. It’s love in terms of happiness, joy, peace, passion, excitement, truth, and all the wonderful stuff. We have chemicals we secrete for each of those. If I’m building a memory and it’s a great exciting thing, like now, building them now as we talk about what we’re interested in, what will happen is the brain would secrete excitement and passion chemicals. But now let’s say, for example, something negative happens and you shift out of excitement into negativity, some kind of negative thing, lack of excitement, lack of passion, the opposite. The brain doesn’t have a chemical for that. So it will take the closest positive and secrete more and more, and more, and more throw the brain out of disorder in order to try and find lack of excitement. And then you’ve got to have chemicals. So it takes too much of the good chemical. Still builds the tree, but now we have an electrical chemical imbalance in this area.

 

SID: So that’s why someone might get depressed.

 

DR. LEAF: Exactly, exactly, because when we have an electrical chemical imbalance around this, this is ugly. It causes inflammation in the brain. So around this area–

 

SID: Well what about when doctors test you for heart conditions and things and they say you have too much inflammation? Does that start in the thoughts that go to the brain, that affect the body?

 

DR. LEAF: Definitely, because spirit, soul, and body are linked. So the mind body connection, it’s very clear. And that’s why doctors say 87 to 95% of illnesses, cardiovascular, immune system, all the different disorders that can happen. And all of us will manifest differently, are a direct result of your thought life. Because what happens is that your body will take this thought in your brain and will translate this thought into a physical reaction in your body, and all of us will respond differently. Now wherever there is highjack in the body’s order, because God is a God of order, the body functions on the principles of order, and very, very, very organized. So when order is thrown out, when electrical chemical balance is thrown out the result will be inflammation. Inflammation causes the immune system to start sending out all kinds of cells to try and sort this out.

SID: These alternative health doctors and medical doctors, they have medicine and they have alternative things to treat inflammation. But all that’s doing is masking the symptoms that causes those thoughts.

 

DR. LEAF: Well it’s a combination. It is. The cause is the thoughts. You know, you have to, there are doctors that are saying, listen, you’ve got to deal with your thought life. There’s research showing that medication doesn’t even work that well unless you actually have your thought life under control.

 

SID: But wait a second. You said 95% is connected with that. So forget that 5%. That 95 is what concerns me. Now we’re wired for love, but most people are walking in fear. What happens when the body goes into fear or stress?

 

DR. LEAF: Well then what happens there is that fear is a choice that we’ve made. So when life is coming in at us we’re thinking building thoughts, and those thoughts are I’m scared, I’m anxious, I’m whatever, negative, and this incident happened, and it’s built and it’s wired in. Whenever you think so, there’s a physical structural change in your brain, if it’s in this negative direction, your body then, this thought thing, this state, is translated by your brain into physical reaction in our body. That is stress.

 

SID: Okay. You know, I have in my notes here that there are 1400 chemical and physical responses when you go into fear and stress.

 

DR. LEAF: Absolutely. What happens is–

 

SID: 1400?

 

DR. LEAF: That’s a lot. That’s a lot.

 

SID: How do we stop this? I mean, why did Jesus keep saying, “Fear not, fear not, fear not.” He knew he didn’t want you to know those 1400 chemical, physical responses that go immediately throughout your brain and your entire body.

 

DR. LEAF: The entire body. It throws your body into chemical chaos. You see, what you get is three stages of stress. Stage one is a normal stage. That’s what you use when you are alert, focused, building memory. So it’s a good positive thing. It’s called eustress. Those 1400 chemical reactions and the 30 different hormones that flow then, flow in order. So we have beautiful trees being built. You’ll have a healthy green tree being built. But when we go into the fear side, the hijack happens, we make a bad choice, then the brain is trying to secrete and find that chemical so it secretes the wrong amount. It throws the entire electrical chemical balance out. So those 1400 chemical reactions move from being a positive thing into a negative thing and we have chemical chaos.

 

SID: Okay. Is there hope for me? I mean, wait a second now. I got to where I am right now. It took me 70 hard years. You see the gray hair? It took me 70 years. How long would it take me to get that green tree? I mean, I would like to walk. This is my passion, as a matter of fact. I want to walk in love, not just for me. I want to do it because that’s what I’m created to do. You said I was wired for love.

 

DR. LEAF: Absolutely.

 

SID: It’s gonna take me 70 more years? I’ll have to live longer than Moses. How am I gonna rewire myself?

 

DR. LEAF: Let me give you the good news, and this is the supernatural element. We can make up for 70 years. It takes 21 days to rewire a tree.

 

SID: Okay. I’m putting you on the clock. We’ll be right back in a moment.

 

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here and welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernatural. I have been so looking forward to my guest. Why? Because I have been studying the promises of God for many, many years, and I believe them because they’re God’s word. But now science has just figured out the words of Jesus that they’re true. Now my guest, Dr. Caroline Leaf, has spent 25 years researching the brain. When you started researching the brain, they were really in the Stone Age as far as brain understanding, weren’t they?

DR. LEAF: They really were. There’s been a Dark Ages in brain research for a long time, and it’s only in the last 10 to 15 years that people are really starting to get an understanding of the brain, and the more we understand about the brain the more we realize we don’t understand about the brain.

SID: But when you told me that we could change our genes I wish every doctor in the world would understand this cutting edge research because, you know, you go to a doctor and say your cholesterol was high, and they say, well, exercise, change your diet, but it could be your genes and there’s nothing you can do, so take this medicine that will have a zillion side effects. But you say, according to the latest brain research, if you follow what Jesus said you can change your genes. That’s just so amazing.

DR. LEAF: I know. It is phenomenal. If you think of it, it’s logical too, Sid, because we’re spirit, soul, body and it’s our soul area, which is literally the brain insulating the will and the emotions that is processing and boding all these thoughts into real things, so structural changes are happening in the brain. And whatever is going on in the soul will affect the spirit and will affect the body. So if our mind is filled, our thoughts, our mind is all filled with chaos, chaos will reign in our bodies. So, you know, the science of finding out that 87 to 95% of current of mental, physical and emotional illnesses come from our thought life.

SID: You know, Jesus put it very well.

DR. LEAF: Yes.

SID: He said, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” So you’re saying that these thoughts, as you say in your book, take up mental real estate. They’re real. It’s not just a fleeting thing.

DR. LEAF: No. It’s a real thing. And even in science we call them the magic trees of the mind because the nerve cells in the brain look like trees. So your brain, which is the size of your two fists, this is a little bigger than a normal brain, is made up of all these nerve cells or neurons, and they look like trees. And I’ve got some props that I brought along just to help us understand. Literally, we have these forests in our mind of all these trees branch. And as you are listening to me now your brain is processing at 400 billion actions per second. And during that–

SID: Whoa, whoa, whoa. If I heard it right, 400 billion actions per second and someone wants to say it was a coincidence creation? I mean, I don’t have enough faith to believe that it was a coincidence.

DR. LEAF: No. Exactly. I agree with you. More faith is needed for that. That process in an unconscious mind is building memory as we’re speaking. So every single thing that you hear, everything that comes into your brain through your five senses converts, we think about it and then we make choices, and it converts into a structural thing in your brain, which is a thought, and they look like trees. And that’s why the scientists refer to the forest of the magic trees of the mind because that’s what it looks like in your mind. Now you have about a hundred billion nerve cells in your brain. That’s a lot of nerve cells. But each nerve cell can grow up to 200,000 branches. So that means we have around three million years plus worth of space in our brain to build memories.

SID: That’s better than any computer I know of.

DR. LEAF: Exactly. That’s just what we understand from our basic understanding of the brain, and it would probably be even more than that. But the point that I always like to make with people and to emphasize is that because we can’t see a thought out here, it’s not like my hand, people tend to think their thoughts are harmless. But a thought is real. It occupies mental real estate. It looks like a tree. As you’re listening to me now you are causing the trees of your mind to change shape. You are growing branches as we are speaking. So every time we listen and think about things it results in choices that you make, which will result in thoughts or memories that we build, and that’s what they look like. They look like trees.

SID: Okay. This is green and this is nice. I like to see the green where ever, a golf course or trees. I mean, this is beautiful. I want my brain on the inside to be beautiful. You want your brain on the inside to be beautiful. But show me what happens to a lot of people with toxic thoughts.

DR. LEAF: Well what happens is that this is the norm. This is how we’re wired. And if you think of it, we’re made in God’s image and He’s wired for love and God is love. So therefore, all of the processes that we go through to build thoughts is all wired in a positive direction, in a healthy direction. But God gave us the choice, free will. So it says I lay before you life and death, choose life so that you and your descendents may live. But if you choose death you and your descendants won’t live. So if we choose life, good choices, we’re going to build those trees.  But if we make bad choices, we build toxic trees.

SID: I saw that in the lobby of the hotel this morning, and I was wondering, what is that? What is that?

DR. LEAF: Well this is just a visual image that I use to try and demonstrate the fact that when we think a bad thought, when we make bad choices and we hang on to anything that is negative: anger, abuse, irritation, frustration, all the negative sides of emotions, that’s not just a harmless thing, it is a physical change that occurs in your brain. So we are designed and wired that every time we think we will build thoughts and as we are thinking if we choose to think in a negative direction we are still gonna build thoughts, but because we are wired for love, that’s what the scientists said, that we are wired for love. That’s what they found in the laboratory.

SID: Finally, they’re catching up with the Bible. Maybe, is this why Jesus said only say things that are good and pure, and lovely and of good report, because if you don’t, if you do the opposite this is the way your cells are gonna look.

DR. LEAF: Well exactly. There’s a consequence. You know, God is very conditional. He’s a God of grace. But if you do this then this will happen. So our bodies are designed and aligned like that. So if we’re going to choose the negative it’s not the norm for the body. It’s the highjack. So whenever we build the highjack into our body it’s a choice that we make God has given us that ability to choose.

SID: Okay. I have a problem. I became a believer at age 30, and even after a believer I did not have my mind renewed like I do today, and have got close to 70 years of building that. What am I gonna do about that?

DR. LEAF: Well here’s the good news. These things, as God, as we know in the Word it says renewal of the mind, like you’ve just said, that’s a lifelong process. So these, fortunately we build these, but we can rewire them. And that’s what I love about science. Science is a tangible way of showing the truths that God teaches us.

SID: You have a word that you describe, neuroplasty. What does that mean?

DR. LEAF: Neuroplasty. What that means is that your brain can change. These things can change. In fact, what I always say is that God made you an authority. You’re a neuroplastician. I don’t know if you realize that, but you are neuroplastician. So am I.  So is everyone. God designed us with the ability to change our own brains. So when He says renew our mind, He would give us the ability to do that. So scientifically we find now that these ugly toxic trees that we build through bad choices and physical realities occur can be rewired.

SID: You’re gonna show me how to rewire my brain. Okay. And I want you to eavesdrop so you can rewire your brain. We’ll be right back after this word.

SID: Hello, Sid Roth your investigative reporter here with Lori Strong. We’re approaching things in an arena that most people have never seen before, the invisible world. You see there are curses that are passed on from four generations back. Lori Strong, why should we have to suffer something that happened four generations ago?

LORI: Well we really shouldn’t and I don’t think anybody needs to. And we all have the ability to break those curses. It’s just the wisdom of knowing how to do that. And I believe the Word of God clearly is something we can use as a viable, everyday thing to break the curses. What we do is pray God’s Word back to Him as a blessing instead of the curse. We have such a great opportunity to have blessings in our life.  We shouldn’t be walking around under a curse.

SID: Let me ask you a question. Tell me about someone that broke a curse that was involved in adultery.

LORI: Yes, we had a dear friend of ours who was unfortunately in an adulterous relationship, his wife was in an adulterous relationship, and they were married and he really loved her. But what he knew also is that in his background, not only in his family  but her family, there was adultery and it had gone two generations back.

SID: Yeah but can’t people just use this curse business as a copout for their own sins?

LORI: I think they do use that. I don’t think it’s a viable one.  I don’t think it’s legitimate to do that  because we all have a choice in what we do in our lives. And so, even though there might be a curse, we have the ability not only to break it, and that’s why I wrote the book, is so people can get the simplistic use of the Word of God. It’s very simple to say “Lord I just believe what you’re saying in your Word, in that I’m blessed and not cursed;” And in particular to the type of sin that they are suffering under the curse.

SID: So tell me then about your friend that was involved in adultery.

LORI: What happened was he just believed that he was supposed to stay married to this lady but she wanted a divorce. And so what happened was the papers were about to be signed and he consulted us; and we said if you believe that God has called you to be married to this woman then you just need to pray and believe that this curse is broken in your family and that she’ll come back. And she did and it was a wonderful thing; and I believe that they know that their children will not be under that curse because they broke it at their generation.

SID:  Can you tell a difference in your family because of you having broken these curses in your own family?

LORI:  Definitely. There’s peace, which is something that we all are promised in the Word. There’s joy in our house. And it’s not a perfect home obviously.  There’s things that come up but instantly you know to throw the Word of God onto that and also to really examine where this is coming from. I think we need to look at the cause and not just the effect. I mean we all see the effects but if we dig deep there’s a cause for everything. And in my home I just believe that, and my children are young, so they’re growing up in a home that has that peace that I didn’t have growing up. And so just even that indicator. And then God is the center of our lives in our home and our children know that.

SID: Let me ask you a question. What are your children like when it comes to sickness?

LORI: Well they don’t get sick very often, and when they do it does not last. And the reason is we have to take authority over that.  Sickness is a curse. I don’t believe that it belongs in our bodies. It doesn’t belong in our family, I know that.  And so we don’t pray just when it happens, we’re praying all the time for health. We confess health over our children. We say “Lord thank you for healthy children.” Every day we pray for their health and so if sickness even tries to come, we don’t call it what it is. We don’t say it’s sickness; we just say “Lord thank you for healthy children.” And because we don’t focus on the sickness, it disappears. I mean they get healed instantly.

SID: What about someone that can’t have a child?

LORI: Well I don’t believe that barrenness is from the Lord. I believe that He says we should be fruitful and multiply. And I believe that a generational curse of that, usually the seed of that is abortion.  Not always, but I have seen that in families. If somebody maybe four generations back got an abortion; sometimes what that does is that the iniquity of that is that they look at children as an inconvenience and so that’s an iniquity. And so you might not be thinking that but oftentimes that’s what happens. And so I think that barrenness, which again is a curse; and having children is a blessing because God says that children are a blessing from the Lord.  They’re a heritage, and so they need to just pray, even if they don’t know that curse is there.  I believe if you pray and start confessing God’s Word; that children are a blessing and Lord you want me to be blessed, that then that barrenness should be gone.

SID: Very briefly, tell me about one real person that had a curse and broke it, and the change.

LORI: We had a lady who was very dependent on males and very unhealthy relationships; and she didn’t understand why she was always attracting these types of men and why the relationships were not successful. And she had to go back into the lineage in her family and realize there was abuse present.  There was people-pleasing in her family; and when she broke that she realized that she could be free of any of these negative relationships; and not need a man in her life to make her complete. And that curse is broken and now she’s living for Jesus.

SID: But you know the worst curse of all, I believe, is not hearing God’s voice. I couldn’t believe it when I saw for the first time in scripture that my Jewish people, when they saw Moses and Mount Sinai and the fire and God speaking, they said “Oh, we don’t want to hear God’s voice.” And you know what? I believe a curse came on Jewish people. And then since the first Christians were all Jews, guess what? A curse came on Christians. It just passed right up the tree.  And I believe that if I break that curse for you right now, it’s going to be broken.  And not only is it going to be broken, you have to then have a blessing. The blessing is knowing Jesus, hearing His voice. In the name of Jesus I break the curse over you of not hearing God’s voice. I command your ears to open in Jesus’ name.  I place the blood of the Messiah on each of your ears, on each of your ears. I even place it on your eyes so that you can see what God is doing,  you can hear what God is doing. And I ask you now to tell God you’re so sorry for every sin you’ve ever committed. I ask you to believe that Jesus died for your sins. That’s a lot of suffering. He knew you before you were conceived in your mother’s womb and He died for you. And by His blood your sins are washed away and in God’s sight, He said “I remember your sins no more, you’re clean.” And now that you’re clean, as a little child just starting life out, say “Jesus I make you my Lord. Come inside of me, live inside of me.  I want to know you.  I want to hear your voice.” I pray that you would hear God say to you, right now, “I love you. You are special. There is purpose; there is destiny on your life. I died for you.”

SID: Hello, Sid Roth your investigative reporter here with Lori Strong and Lori, just during the commercial break we started talking about you denying your heritage and your people and you started weeping. Why?

LORI: Well there’s so many people out there that really, you’re looking at the same. I’ve been in denial for a long time, I’m trying to hide from who I really am and who I really believe in, and that is Jesus the Messiah. And the Word of God says do not be ashamed of the Gospel and what you believe and do not deny Him as your Messiah. And so I just encourage you to really pray for boldness that you would be able to share with others around you and people you come in contact with, what you really believe in so you can be set free of the bondage. I know what that feels like and I just desire for you to be free of that too.

SID: Lori, in your own home there were a number of curses that were passed on, generational type curses. One in particular had to do with your relationship with your husband.  I wonder if you’d tell us about that.

LORI: Yes, well in my home my dad was not the head of the home, it was a little confused in my home. My mom was the leader of the home. And my mom really instilled in us to disrespect my dad and that happened for such a long time. I mean she would just encourage us to disrespect him and I know that might sound odd but that’s what happened. And so I just grew up disrespecting my father. And he never stood up for himself so it was kind of a mutual thing. And so when I met my husband and we had children, I felt like I had to break that curse because I recognized that it had followed me, that I could easily disrespect him and encourage my children to do the same. And so I needed to correct that and the way I corrected that was not only confessing what the Word said and reading the Word of God, which says I should honor and respect him and submit to him, but also teaching my children how to honor and respect him. And if anything comes out of their mouth that sounds even similar to something I’ve said before to my dad, I correct it right there.

SID: Now you told me that one day, you saw that generational curse we were talking about pass from your mother, to you, to your daughter. Tell me about that.

LORI: I did. And I also, by the way, saw it in my sister’s home. My daughter had just said something to my husband and I thought oh, it sounded like I did. And I think that is how you identify some curses is that you sound like the person you never wanted to be like. And I think a lot of people who are watching can probably figure that out is that if you sound like the mom you said you never wanted to be like, then you need to stop right there and say well what is going on here. And I believe that’s the generational curse. But with my daughter I just corrected her and I prayed over her and I said we honor our father and mother, that’s what the Bible says because you will have long life if you do that. And then I did see it in my sister’s home too and she didn’t recognize it. She hasn’t accepted the Lord in her life yet. But I watched her teenage daughter disrespect her dad  and my mouth just hung open at that point saying wow, not only did it pass down to me but it passed down to my sister and her child.

SID: Now when you broke the curse over your daughter did you see a change in behavior?

LORI: I did, I saw a reverence that she should have for her dad, which is what the Lord says she should have. The difference in my home is that we’re raising them to know that God is the head of our home, whereas I didn’t have that benefit. And so when you break a curse I believe that you also need to instill the Word of God into your family.

SID: Now you told me something that you overheard your daughter telling your son once about this, do you remember about honoring your father and mother?

LORI: Yes, ha, ha.  She was using what I had told her, which is good because she’s passing it down to her younger brothers, saying you really need to honor your mom and dad,  she was saying this in reference to us, because then you’ll live a long life. So it was such an honor to hear her say that, to hear her understand that she really caught that and now she’s teaching it to her younger siblings. And I even have my older son do that with a younger brother also so they’re all passing the baton down, which is a wonderful thing to have.

SID: Now in this country one out of two people are ending in divorce. Do you believe these curses in the invisible realm have something to do with that?

LORI: I really do. I know it does because that happened in my family, and it’s not something that I have shared a lot of, but my mom’s parents were divorced, and my mom and my dad got divorced and they were married 26 years, a very long time where you thought it was secure. They got divorced, and then I was married and I ended up getting divorced and that’s where my first daughter came from. And that was before I had accepted the Lord Jesus as my Messiah. And realizing that that was a curse and I needed to break it with my daughter and my children so they will not have it in their lineage.

SID:  They’re not going to are they?

LORI:  No, they aren’t.

SID:  Are you sure?

LORI: I’m positive. I have no doubt.

SID: Well I’m positive too. Do you know another curse is sickness? We’re going to go to a video clip in a moment of a woman whose right ear was deaf and you’re going to see a marvelous blessing. I like blessings rather than curses. What about you? And as you watch this miracle-cam video, many of you, I really believe that many of you that are hard of hearing or deaf, you’re going to get your hearing back. But many others with pains of all kinds, especially back and neck I’m hearing, you’re going to get healed. Let’s go right now to Sandy Wormack and hear about this great, great miracle.

Sandy: While we were watching one of those videos, it was Rodney Brown’s “The Coat My Father Gave Me”, the ear suddenly popped wide open, to the point that the volume was extremely loud and painful to me and so I asked him to turn it down. And we rejoiced that the hearing was restored and we gave that in our testimony when we would be praying for people. It wasn’t until almost a year later that I found out just exactly how miraculous that was. I went to the doctor for some allergy symptoms. I had moved to Arkansas and I didn’t have any sympathy at all for the symptoms that I had because I was in Tyson chicken country. But I had gone on and seen if there was anything that could be done about the allergies. And the doctor looked at the usual testing, looked into the nose and the eyes and came around to my right ear and dropped the instrument that she was using. And she said “Oh I’m so sorry, I had no idea you were deaf.” And I said “I’m not deaf.” And she said “You have to be.” And I said “No I don’t, I hear perfectly well.” And she said “You have to be. You have no eardrum, you have no stirrups, you have no Eustachian tube, and you are fully scar tissued.” And I said “Well I hear very well.” And she said “Would you mind if I do an auditory test?” And I said “Well you can as long as you don’t charge me for it, because I know I can hear.” So she did the auditory test and she said “This is just the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. You hear very acutely and yet there’s nothing within your ear in the natural for you to hear.” And I said “Jesus healed me.”

SID: Did you get that? She didn’t have an eardrum and she heard. That’s called a creative miracle. There are all kinds of levels of miracles but that’s a miracle equivalent to what you read in the Bible. But what I’m telling you is that is normal and what you have been looking at is abnormal. We want normal people that have a tremendous supernatural God take video clips just like that and send it to us. Be right back after this word.

SID: Hello, Sid Roth your investigative reporter here with Lori Strong. This is an unusual show. It’s not your normal laid-back where you sit and kick off your shoes and you say show me something. This is two way. You are literally going to feel the supernatural power. Many of you are going to get physically healed.  This is what television was created for. My guest, Lori Strong, is a Jewish person that has tremendous insight into the invisible world. Whether you know it or not, whether you like it or not, there is an invisible world that is controlling everything that is going on in your life. Lori, you have studied curses. Define a curse and explain how it can be coming from a number of generations back.

LORI: Well a curse is the opposite of a blessing. A curse is something negative that has happened to you that can cause death, not just physical death but spiritual death in your lives. And the Bible says that curses can be passed down from the fourth to the fifth to the third generation on down. And what happens in our lives is that we might not know that we have a curse in our lives because we haven’t committed the actual sin, but the iniquity can be passed down. Which iniquity is like, if you picture a lightening bolt and how it not only touches one spectrum but it might touch more and more and go through a whole person’s body. It’s like an iniquity; it passes down, not the direct touch but passing down through that. And that happens sometimes in people’s lives where maybe they had a great-great-grandfather that they never knew. But something that happened in that person’s life, now as that granddaughter or grandson of that person, something is going on in their lives and they’re not really sure why they’re having difficulty in relationships with people.

SID: I wanted you to explain… Tell me some areas that might make us alert that there’s a curse going on in our life.

LORI: Well I think constant arguing in relationships, I think where there’s  a lot of strife going on, people really need to look at that and say where’s this coming from.  Mishandling anger; it’s ok to be angry but how you handle it is really important to know.  Addictions; not just addiction to drug or alcohol but people have addictions to people. Like I know that I was delivered from being male dependent and feeling like I had to have a man in my life to make it complete. And so there’s a lot of different curses that people will walk around thinking oh, I don’t have a curse. Because it’s such a strong word that people don’t want to admit that they have a curse. But it’s something that’s negatively affecting their life.

SID: You know, it’s the most amazing one you told me about yourself.  You were raised Jewish, you were bat mitzvahed, and you suffered at an early age some anti-Semitism. Explain.

LORI: Well when I was young we had to walk to school and we walked over a bridge that was over a highway. And we lived in a predominantly Jewish suburb but right across the street, you just walked one block over, and it was a lot of non-Jews, Gentiles and so forth. And the boys would persecute me and they would stand on the bridge and wouldn’t let me go to school and they would call me derogatory names about being Jewish and I would run home and cry. And I believe that was the seed that was sown early on in my life to make me look at being Jewish as a negative thing.

SID: Actually, what happened to Lori is she got challenged by a man who later became her husband to read the Bible and the minute Lori that you read the Bible, what happened?

LORI: Well I thought, how could you not know that Jesus is the Messiah?  That was the question that came up in my mind.

SID: I mean it was so clear to you.

LORI: It was, it’s very clear, but I had never been introduced to that before I met my now husband. He was the first one who was ever bold enough to say have you ever read the Bible. If you read it you’ll know who the Messiah is.

SID: But then, after becoming a believer in the Jewish Messiah, coming from a Jewish background, there was still something in her background that did not want her to admit she was Jewish or even like Jewish people.

LORI: Yes, and I believe that was a generational curse for me. It wasn’t something to be proud of in my home when we were growing up  and so no one ever thought of it as a good thing, we didn’t really talk about our Jewishness or even about God in our home and so I wasn’t raised to feel good about that. And so instead I tried to deny it and I would never admit that I was Jewish and so as much as I could hide it, I did, and no one really talked about it. And every time I met someone that was Jewish I felt a thing inside of me like oh, I just don’t feel good about this.

SID: So Lori, you broke the curse. I’m Jewish.

LORI: Yes, and I love you and I can sit here and talk to you like this.

SID: Isn’t it nice not to have the prison of the curse?

LORI: Yes! It feels so good. It’s freedom.  Because I think it was bondage before and now I feel like I’m talking to family because I am talking to family really. I mean we’re all from the same family.

SID: Well not only that, if you have the blood of the greatest Jew who ever lived flowing through your veins, you cannot be anti-Jewish. You better be love the Jewish people, otherwise you don’t love Jesus.  You get it? Understand? And by the way, the word family is Mishpochah, and if you love the King of the Jews, you are Mishpochah, you are family. Don’t go away. You know why? You’re going to find out why you’re having problems in your marriage in the invisible world. We’ll be right back after this word, ok.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here with Katie Souza. So Katie, what is this banking in the presence of God, banking in the glory? What do you mean by that?

KATIE: Well in this time of famine in the United States, boy we need all the help we can get.

SID: Sure.

KATIE: So we need tools in the natural and tools in the supernatural, too. And there is creative power in the glory cloud, so we can utilize that to begin to create finances and provisions for us. And I got a bunch of stories, so I’ll just share with you.

SID: I love it. Tell me about this $21,000 debt. You think you’ve got problems. Tell me about that, Katie.

KATIE: Okay. So here we are, this fledgling ministry and we’ve got, we’ve accrued $21,000 worth of debt. So I put my whole team on a 21-day fast and I said, “Lord, you got to give me keys to be able to break this debt.” And so during the fast He gives me Psalm 100, which says, “We enter into the gates of Heaven with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.” He said, “This is one of the ways that Jesus opened the heavens to get the glory cloud to come and cause the multiplication of provisions.” And I’m like, okay, what is that? And He says, “I want you to read the story in Luke 9 about the multiplication of the fish and bread. So I go to Luke 9. Jesus is feeding 5000 people with five loaves and two fishes. And I saw it. I saw exactly how he did it, Sid. It said that, “Jesus took the five loaves and two fishes and looking up to Heaven praised God and gave thanks.” What’s going on? Jesus knows, “I got to feed a bunch of people with this little bit. I need the power, the creative power of the glory cloud.” So that’s why he first “looked up to Heaven”. He’s looking for the open heaven to get the cloud to drop. And the next thing it says is, “The praising God, he gave thanks.” What’s he doing? He’s doing Psalm 100 entering into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. There’s gates in Heaven. You can open them with thanksgiving, and then the glory cloud will fall, and our praise, God’s presence or His glory will have our praises. So he’s looking up to Heaven and he says, “Okay, now I need to get it open. I’m using my thanksgiving and praise.” He gets it open. The cloud drops. And the next thing it says is this: “Then he spoke a blessing over the bread.” What’s he doing? He’s doing what God did in Genesis 1 when God created the world. God had His glory cloud and He spoke into the cloud. He said, “Let there be light. And there was light.” Jesus gets the presence of the glory. He lifts the little bit of bread he has up into, and he speaks a blessing over the bread, literally commanding it to prosper, to multiply, and it does in the creative power of the cloud.

SID: Okay. That’s well and good. That is Jesus. You learn these tools, if you will.

KATIE: Right.

SID: How does it play out with Katie who’s $21,000 in debt?

KATIE: Okay. So I see this revelation and I’m like, that’s how he did it. I can do it, too. So I did the exact same thing.

SID: You really have a childlike faith, don’t you? You do.

KATIE: Well if the Bible says it I can believe it.

SID: And you also get revelation teaching. You’re not like a normal teacher. You teach by revelation.

KATIE: Yes.

SID: Jesus fast. You had, I want to go back to the 21,000. But this Jesus, you have a fast. You call it a Jesus fast. What is that?

KATIE: Totally focusing on Jesus, just worshiping, doing songs that are about him. Reading all the gospels, reading all the prophecies, reading everything about Jesus, spending all the time meditating on him, speaking within our heart, and just doing that in a elongated period of time. And what happens is you begin to carry him and birth him when you do that.

SID: Okay. You owe 21,000. What do you do?

KATIE: So here I am. I see it. I was like, wow, that’s how Jesus did it. Oh my gosh, I can do the same thing, right? So I begin to do exactly what Jesus did. I had $3000 to pay on my $21,000 debt. So I took that little bit of money like Jesus took his little bit of bread and fish, and I began to do a Psalm 100. “Enter into the gates of Heaven with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.” I just pressed and pressed, and kept my focus, and kept praising and thanking God. And when I felt the atmosphere change I felt the burning and the glory, I felt like a heaviness on my shoulder, I knew the tangible presence of the glory was there, and I had created power. So I did what Jesus did. I lifted up my bread into the cloud and I spoke into the cloud a blessing over it. I commanded it to multiply. Well the day after the 21-day fast ended we got a check for $21,000.

SID: Katie, as you’re sharing this story, the atmosphere is changing. I don’t know what you want to pray for those that are watching, but I believe with this atmosphere changing you should move into this right now and pray.

KATIE: It’s not only to break your debt, because you can do that first. Then you can also cause finances to multiply for you. I ascended up into Heaven and got a diamond that my husband had. My husband had been out of business for nine months, and we needed financial income. I ascended up to Heaven, got a diamond, came back down and God said, “Now command it to manifest in the glory.” I did and we got a $250,000 miracle. You can do the same thing.

SID: Now the diamond, though, it wasn’t a real diamond. It was a, you saw it in the spirit?

KATIE: I saw it in the spirit and God says, I said, “What is that?” And He goes, “It represents what I have for you in the glory.”

SID: And then you prayed for it to manifest as in Heaven on Earth, and how much money came in?

KATIE: A quarter of a million dollars.

SID: Now a lot of people are having difficulty believing this. But the truth of the matter is you have found a supernatural key. Now if we are going into an economic crisis worldwide and the Bible talks about the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous, there will be a wealth transfer. I believe that God has given you a key towards the wealth transfer.

KATIE: Yes. Once you learn how to cultivate the glory and speak into the cloud then you can use this all the time for any situation, to break debt, to cause an increase of financial income. Once you have the tool you can use the tool over and over again. We’ve had so many financial miracles: $100,000, $32,000.

SID: All right, very briefly, give us a jump start on how we can ascend up into Heaven and get the answers to our prayers and bring them back to Earth just like the angels did for Jacob.

KATIE: Well use your faith. It says that by faith that Enoch was transferred into Heaven.

SID: Pray that for us.

KATIE: Okay. Right now I just want to break off anything that’s on you that would hinder you from believing that you have the legal right to ascend into Heaven and get everything you need to cause your promises to come to pass in an accelerated manner. So I pray for you now. Just receive it right now. I command everything that will hinder you from ascending into the heavenly realms to be gone right now, right now in the name of Jesus, and for you to by faith be able to go into the heavenly realms and bring back everything you need to live life and life abundant. And I decree an open heaven for you that you will become knowledgeable about the glory, how to cause it to manifest in your house, how to bring it in, how to open the heavens, and have a tangible manifestation of the glory cloud coming into your home so you can begin to write your monthly bills and your checks, and command a blessing over them. So every time you pay your bills you’re gonna have a multiplication. I decree that for you right now in Jesus’ name.

SID: Katie, you know, when you’re talking about ascending and descending, I’m thinking about that one day very soon a shofar, a ram’s horn is going to blow, and we are going to ascend. But we’re not going to ascend to get something to come back. We’re going to ascend to be with Jesus. And I can almost hear that ram’s horn, that shofar, blowing right now. I don’t know about you, but I am getting ready to ascend, especially with the glory level that’s on this show, as I’m talking with Katie. But in order to ascend you have to be a spirit being. Your spirit has to have control over everything in your life. First you need the life of God in your spirit. You need your sins just as Katie when she was in prison, gave up. It’s time for you to give up and make Jesus your Messiah and Lord. I’m not talking religion. I’m talking about intimacy with the living God because He loves you. You are special. Believe it. Believe that Jesus died for your sins and your sins are washed away. You’ve repented of them and asked Jesus to live inside of you and be the Lord of your life. Do it now. Now.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here with Katie Souza. And Katie, I am so excited that a supernatural way to speed up prayers that might have taken 20 years, things that you’ve been contending with, and contending and battling. It’s all being compressed, I think because the Messiah is coming soon. Now tell me about this tool, that you call it, called ascending and descending.

KATIE: Well ascending is not just meant to be a supernatural carnival ride. It’s a powerful tool and it can cause acceleration, ‘cause when you can ascend up into Heaven, ‘cause we have the legal right to do so, you can get whatever is in Heaven and bring it back down to Earth and cause the promises that God is speaking in your life to happen in an increased and accelerated manner. And we’ve seen an example of that in Jacob and the ladder. Remember that story?

SID: Yes.

KATIE: Jacob sees the ladder, right? It’s going from Heaven to Earth. And at the top of the ladder God is standing there and He’s speaking these promises unto Jacob. And as God is doing that the angels are ascending up the ladder then descending back down. Okay, that’s kind of a strange order, you would think, that they would descend first, right?

SID: Sure. If they’re coming from Heaven, they descend.

KATIE: Right. But Hebrews 1 says that angels are ministering spirits sent to minister to us. They’re already, there’s angels already down here. They’re already helping us. So that day when Jacob saw that, what happened was this. As God was speaking promises over Jacob’s life, the angels that were already down here at work did what angels do. The scripture says that angels hearken to the voice of the Lord. So they heard God speaking the promises. They ascended up into Heaven, got the stuff that they needed to make the promises for Jacob’s life come to pass, and then brought them back down to Earth and released them.

SID: Okay. How does that affect me? Those are angels doing it. Are you telling me I can do that?

KATIE: Yes. We’re seeded in the holy realms of Christ. Seeded is past tense, meaning we are already there. Christ already won the right for us to be there. And men in the Bible ascended into Heaven. You saw Moses and Aaron, and the 72 elders. They went up, they ate and they drank, which tells me they went up in their bodies, too. Paul talks about the man that went up into the third heavens, whether in the body or out of the body, he didn’t know. And John, John the revelator went up into the heavens and he got all the downloads for the Book of Revelation. So you can see that they went up and they got these encounters with God, and they also got revelation and enablements, and brought them back down here to Earth.

SID: All right. Give me an example at how you ascended and got information. Tell me about those farmers.

KATIE: Okay. So I’m on tour. I’m in Oklahoma City and it’s harvest time. I’m staying at some farmer’s house, right? And all the farmers in that area had lost their harvest for the five years previous, right at the end when they were gonna harvest. It’s harvest time again, and suddenly this huge storm comes. And there’s torrential rain and 60-mile-an-hour winds, and hail is on the way, which all destroys the crops.

SID: So they’re gonna miss another harvest.

KATIE: Another harvest. Okay. So we’re all sitting on the backyard looking at the [unintelligible]. I rebuke you in the name of Jesus. Bind the storm. We muzzle the storm. Be quiet in the name of Jesus. And it’s not working. And as we’re doing this the Lord speaks to me and He says, “Why are you trying to battle something that’s originating in the second heavens from underneath it? You don’t even know what’s going on. Why don’t you go and ascend up there and find out what the strategy is of the enemy so you can have the victory.” So I excused myself. I went inside the room. I said, “Lord, you just told me to go, so I’m gonna leave here and you can take me right now.” And I was there, Sid. I was there in a second and I saw the strategy of the kingdom of darkness.

SID: What did you see?

KATIE: I saw two dragons, a red one and a black one. Now I looked up those colors later on. To be in the red means only to be indebted. To be in the black means an area blacked in a drought. You see, the sign of the enemy all those years was to let those farmers put all their energy and their time, and their water, and their fertilizer and everything into their crops, and then cause them to lose their harvest right at the end so that they would be in the red owing, so they’d be in an area blackened with drought. And so there was the disguise of the enemy, and now I could see it because I knew how to use the tools ascending. And so I’m up there, and I look down, and without even asking God has supplied me with a sword. That’s just how it works in the realm. You have everything you need. And I took it out, and I only had to take like three or four strikes at this red dragon and he went down. I turned around and I took one strike at the black dragon and he went down, too. Now think about that. They harvested that year. In 20 minutes–

SID: Wait a second. All the storms and everything were coming towards them?

KATIE: The storm stopped. The fields dried up enough to where they could get their harvest in. After all those years a major breakthrough. And it happened in 20 minutes of ascending. Ascending is a powerful, powerful tool.

SID: But it also helps you with physical things. Tell me about your skin condition.

KATIE: Okay. That was with the glory cloud. So can I go into that?

SID: Sure.

KATIE: Your buddy David Herzog talks about that. Years ago he had a teaching about God. He used the creative power of glory cloud to create the whole world. In Genesis 1, the earth is void and then the spirit of God or the glory came down and hovered over the void of the earth, and then God spoke into that void, into the cloud and said, “Let there be light,” and bang, there’s light. So there’s creative power in the glory. Okay. So I’m on high and I’m in my worship time with God, and in our worship God’s presence or His glory will become manifest and become tangible, because that’s what the scripture says. So as I’m worshiping the glory just exploded. It exploded so much that my arms felt like they weighed 200 pounds. I was pinned to the bed. I had burning tangible glory in my face. And what happened was this, is a few days before that I had found a patch of melanoma skin cancer on my leg. And I prayed for it. I put my hand on it. I prayed for it and I didn’t feel anything, and nothing happened. But now in the glory, in the presence of the glory which has light in it too, because the glory cloud has light in it, I began to command that patch to die in Jesus’ name. Three days later, Sid, it dries up like a little flake of skin and I just literally flicked it right off my leg and it was healed.

SID: You know what’s kind of interesting to me is that the latest things in skin care is to use lasers, which are light. How much more the light of God, but we’ll get into that on another show. But what I’m interested in is there is supernatural banking in the glory. Well there is a bank crisis in the United States of America and many other countries. How about supernatural banking in the glory? Don’t go away. Be right back after this word.
